Osteria Tulia opened in January 2013 in downtown Naples as one of South Florida's most anticipated restaurants. Tulia quickly became known as Naples' hottest restaurant and continues to earn "best" awards and high rankings.
The buzz is due to Chef/Partner Vincenzo Betulia's passionate following locally and worldwide after 12 years as a leading chef in Naples. Diners and critics alike praise Tulia as on par with the hottest, chef-driven, rustic Italian restaurants in New York and other top dining destinations in the U.S.
Chef Vincenzo was born in Sicily and grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin, a Midwest hotbed of innovative chefs including Paul Bartolotta and Michael White. With Bartolotta as mentor, the three chefs worked together exploring the ancestral food traditions of Italy's diverse culinary regions. Betulia attended Kendall Culinary School in Chicago with Michael White and the two chefs also worked together at Bartolotta's Spiagga. Osteria Tulia resembles an exquisitely-restored old world Italian farmhouse, the perfect setting for innovative peasant-style dishes.
Expect the highest-quality from artisanal growers in Italy as well as America, house made cheese, sausage and pasta, local produce, seafood fresh out of the water, and meat from farms that make the smallest eco-footprint possible.
